KUALA LUMPUR, March 22 — With Hari Raya Aidilfitri just around the corner, it might be a little too late for online shopping.

But don’t worry — physical stores don’t require shipping, and the Klang Valley is bustling with Raya bazaars featuring hundreds of local brands, some even staying open for more than 24 hours straight.

From baju melayu, baju kurung, and tudung to an array of kuih raya and other festive essentials, here are seven Raya bazaars where you can wrap up your Aidilfitri shopping — no last-minute “alamak” moments needed!

1. Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman

Also called Jalan TAR, shops and bazaar near and alongside this road and nearby areas will again be livelier this holiday season.

This is one of the oldest and famous spots in KL to get your Hari Raya needs from baju raya to kuih Raya, and also where you can find traditional accessories such as songkok, capal, kain sampin, and tudung.

With hundreds of stalls to choose from stretching from the Jalan Melayu junction up to the Sogo KL shopping mall, Jalan TAR is the go-to place if you’re looking for traditional Malay outfits while soaking in KL vibes.

2. Gerobok Biru Gegak Gempita Raya 2025 (GBGGR 2025) — WTC KL

Featuring over 100 vendors from fashion, food, decorations and gadgets, this event is currently taking place at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur from March 14 to March 26.

Aside from activities such as lucky draws, performances by local celebrities to daily podcast sessions talking about Hari Raya trends, it is also looking to set a record in the Malaysia Book of Records.

The event is running for the longest Raya bazaar record, aiming to complete a total of 196 hours of non-stop Raya shopping.

GBGGR 2025 opens from 10am to 12am on weekdays, and it will run for 24 hours straight during weekends.

3. Riuh Raya Kita — Rain Tree Plaza,The Exchange TRX

This year’s Riuh Raya Kita is taking place from March 19 until tomorrow, March 23 — open from 3pm to 2am.

Featuring around 80 retail vendors which are made up of homegrown local brands, this event also showcases 20 F&B vendors along with various performances by local artists and Aidilfitri-themed workshops each day.

Among local artists that will be performing are Lah Ahmad, The Impatient Sisters, Fugo, Jemput Dengar, and Putri Dahlia.

It is also offering activities such as Sampul Raya decoration, community carrom matches, live poetry, and Raya tote bag painting.

4. Absolut Bazaar x Festival Gaya Raya 2025 (ABxFGR) — Mitec

With 700 retail booths being fully booked, ABxFGR returns this year and will once again take place at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre in KL.

The ABxFGR2025 is also looking to record 66 hours of non-stop shopping and entertainment.

It started from 12pm yesterday (March 21) and will run until 6am on this Monday, March 24. Top local celebrities such as Fattah Amin, Nora Danish, Aina Abdul, Awal Ashaari, and Scha Alyahya are expected to make their appearances.

5. Selangor Havoc Raya Fest — Setia City Convention Centre

This event promises it all — from fashion and beauty, to food bazaar to cash giveaways. To top it off, this Raya bazaar which started at 11am yesterday (March 21), will also go on for 108 hours straight until 12am this Tuesday, March 25.

This fest has a total of 180 vendors offering various types of Aidilfitri needs, and also offered a RM10,000 cash giveaway for early birds on its first day.

6. Thrifted Totally Raya!? — Sungei Wang Plaza

If you’re tired of modern fashion and looking to go for a more retro look this Hari Raya, then the Thrifted Totally Raya!? at Sungei Wang Plaza might be for you.

With various bundle vendors who have just restocked their inventory, take some time to dive in and mix and match your Raya outfits as you see fit.

The Thrifted Totally Raya!? started from March 17 until March 30 at Level 2 from 10am to 10pm.

7. Santai Maa Raya at Pintu Gerbang Stadium Shah Alam

Santai Maa Raya is the only cross-culture Raya bazaar happening around Klang Valley this year, featuring over 100 local bundle vendors along with over 40 local brands coming from all over Malaysia.

Operating from 12pm to 3am daily starting from March 20 until tomorrow, March 23, this event is taking place at the Pintu Gerbang Stadium Shah Alam — near the City Karting (Shah Alam) International Kart Circuit beside the now-demolished Shah Alam Stadium.
